How to get support

First, please have a look at our Frequently Asked Questions and the user manual. Most questions are answered there.

Send a support request

To report a problem with VoceVista Video or Overtone Analyzer, do it from inside the software: click Help ▸ Send support request. Enter your name, your email address, and a short note describing the issue. This also sends us a copy of the log file from the most recent run, so we can look for diagnostic messages.

If the program does not start at all, email us instead at support@sygyt.com.
